IDDL qualifiers can be held in any country in the world and any passionate dressage/recreational riding stable/group of riders can join the IDDL revolution and compete internationally with no financial investments.

Who is the IDDL Dressage Official?
IDDL Official can be a national judge, steward or coach/ trainer, a motivated dressage enthusiast who knowledgeable of the IDDL and FEI rules.
How should the video be recorded?
The video has to be:
1. Filmed using a tripod located at C.
2. Zoomed in enough to see the details, but at the same time the judge should also be able to see the layout of the ring, the corners and the sizes of figures relative to the centreline and the side letters. At the halts, the camera should zoom out for a moment to show where the rider halts, in relation to the side letters.
3. The light has to be sufficient for the judge to see the rider in clear detail
4. The recording should start just before the entry and finish after the final halt.
5. Please announce the year, qualifier, zone, class, rider name and horse name in the beginning of the video. This way we can ensure the correct information in case of accidental mislabelling.
