More about Isabelle
Isabelle started horse riding at the age of 6 in Austria. At the age of 12 her father made her the best gift in the world: Her own horse Picasso who was a just broken in Stallion at that time (now he is 20 years, enjoying his retirement in Austria). With the help of coaches Isabelle trained Picasso up to Advanced Dressage Level and also competed in Eventing and Show Jumping Competitions.
In 2008 when Isabelle came to India she met another “Horse Addict” Jacqueline Kapur in Pondicherry, who gave her the opportunity to compete with her horses in the FEI World Challenge in 2009. A couple of years later Isabelle shifted to Chennai where she trains students at the Chennai Equitation Center. With Dhruv Futnani she found her soul mate and together they build their sustainable house overlooking the riding arena of the Chennai Equitation Center.
With Taurus, a 18 year old Thoroughbred, she competed in the IDL competitions up to Prix St Georges. Taurus is close to his retirement and Isabelle is now training several horses at CEC and keeping her eyes open for a future dressage talents.
